Getting Help

We offer a number of free resources and we also operate a commercial helpdesk which gives you direct access to the CensorNet developers for comprehensive support.

If you are experiencing a problem with CensorNet please follow these simple steps:-

  1. Read our brief Support Policy below.

  2. READ THE FAQ - our detailed FAQ will be able to answer almost all of your questions regarding pre and post installation of CensorNet.

  3. Check out our community forum and ask your question there. Click here for the forum.

  4. Purchase a support option from our online store. We offer comprehensive annual support packages as well as a one-off "per incident" tariff.

Support Policy
  • Please consult the FAQ and Forum before e-mailing us your question.
  • One of our main revenue streams is support. We encourage everyone who intends to deploy CensorNet in a commercial environment to purchase a support package. It is not expensive and your contribution helps fund CensorNet development.
  • We try to answer all our support e-mail but please be advised that we heavily prioritise those with commercial support contracts.
  • If, as a result of your support issue, we need to release a patch we will do so at no extra charge. This does not however cover custom compiles of the kernel to support the specific hardware drivers that you need. If you require a custom compile please e-mail our CensorNet advisors.
  • Please send your questions in English. If you require help in your local geographic region please locate your nearest CensorNet reseller.
